Welcome
to the Frequently Asked Questions page. Here you will find answers to
some of the most common question we receive.
Q:
Why don't you sell your program? Can we purchase it outright?
A: This pricing model has many benefits to offer, most
notably the ability to continually grow and improve our products as technology
improves over time. Bottom line it is the most cost effective and beneficial
model to maximize our customer’s computer budgets.
This was
most evident when we developed version 4.0 of the Tow Administrator. We
had the resources available to completely rebuild the Tow Administrator
onto the Microsoft .Net platform, allowing our customers to take advantage
of the latest technologies available – WITH NO ADDITIONAL
COSTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
Additionally,
since the initial release of version 4.0 we have made dozens of feature
enhancements WITH NO ADDITIONAL COSTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

The leasing
model ensures that all our customers have the latest product version without
the hassle of continually paying money throughout the year in irregular
intervals, disrupting our customer's budgets and business operations with
unexpected 'upgrades'.
This model also reduces our overhead, as we are not forced
to support any unknown number of product versions that can result in purchase/upgrade
pricing models. By reducing the associated costs of supporting the program,
there are fewer expenses that are passed on to our customers.
Additionally, the lower costs of acquiring the Tow Administrator
allows for tow companies with smaller technology budgets to benefit from
our product rather than risking thousands of dollars for a new program.
In the end,
there are numerous benefits for each tow company with the leasing
model. This means less commitment from you, and more commitment
from us to keep the Tow Administrator™ a viable business solution
for your company.
